Regina Fang-Ying Lin is Assistant Professor in HITSZ and working on how construction and real estate development related to international/ national/regional economic growth. She received her Master from National Taiwan University in 2004 (NTU ranked 70th in QS 2016) and PhD from University College London in 2016 with sponsorship of the Ministry of Education (Taiwan) and the Oversea Research Scholarship (UK) (UCL Ranked 7th in QS 2016). She is listed in six international biographies, including RICS, AEA, ARES, GCREC, ERES, and AREUEA.
