PERSONAL PROFILE
 
Mingjian, Zhou, born in 1976, from Jiangsu province. He earned his Ph. D in management form Zhejiang University in Sep of 2006 and then went to do postdoctor research under the supervision of Professor Larry Farh and Yaping Gong in the Hongkong University of Sience and Technology. In Aug of 2006, he joined Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen Graduate School as an assistant professor and was promoted to associate professor in Aug of 2008. Now he act as the vice dean of the school of Urban Planning and Management and the directors of three centers: center for business administration, center for professional degree education, center for executive development program(EDP). His reseach focuses on organizational behavior and human resource management. His name has apppeared on both English and Chinese top management and psychology journals,such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology,Nankai Business Review International, Acta Psychologica Sinica. He has been awarded a research grant from National Science Foudation of China(NSFC) and was endorsed as "local leading talent of Shenzhen City" in Feb of 2009.
